Legal Counsel

We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel on behalf of our client, a highly respected regulatory body based in Guernsey. This role offers the opportunity to provide wide-ranging legal advice across the organisation, supporting the delivery of high-quality prudential, financial crime and conduct regulation. The successful candidate will be involved in drafting and reviewing legislation, agreements and policies, assisting with enforcement matters, and contributing to risk-based supervision. You will also play a key role in protecting and enhancing the Bailiwick’s international reputation in financial services. Applicants must be qualified lawyers holding a current practising certificate in the UK, the Commonwealth, or another common law jurisdiction.
