Staff Nurse (Band 5)

We are working with a valued healthcare client to source a dedicated Staff Nurse in Alderney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered nurse looking to broaden their experience across acute, elderly, and minor injury care settings. You’ll take responsibility for assessing, planning, and delivering patient care, while also supporting the development of junior staff. The role involves clinical supervision, ward coordination, and active participation in appraisal and professional development. Candidates must be NMC registered and confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Completion of a Practice Assessor/Supervisor course, portfolio evidence of competence, or an ‘A’ unit/D32/D33 Assessors course would be advantageous.
