We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join the Adult Disability Service. This rewarding role offers variety across residential homes, supported living, short breaks, and outreach. You will use the active support model to encourage service users’ independence in daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping. A friendly, approachable nature is essential, along with a valid driving licence and competent IT skills. Full training and support will be provided to achieve the Level 3 VQ Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). This is a fantastic chance to build a meaningful career in health and social care.
