Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join its team in Jersey. Working within Operations and reporting to the Senior Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all filing, scanning, archiving and health & safety. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and will be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. A basic understanding of NAV would be beneficial and previous experience as a filing clerk would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall day to day operation, maintenance, security and safety facilities, equipment and grounds that are leased/owned or the responsibility of the company. The ideal candidate will hold membership to the relevant professional facilities governing body BIFM or RICS along with a health and safety qualification such as IOSH or IIRSM. A minimum of 5 years in-house Facilities Management experience in a corporate office environment is essential.
