Frankie is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at 1st Recruitment Group working across Jersey and Guernsey recruitment.
Recruitment is in Frankie’s blood, with her Mum also having worked in recruitment, HR and payroll for over 20 years. Frankie joined the 1st Recruitment team with over 5 years’ recruitment experience gained within the Public Sector at Government of Jersey. Prior to this, Frankie’s background was in banking and finance, so she has a good understanding of the roles we see and the requirements of candidates in these sectors. Frankie is a natural people person who loves meeting new candidates, helping them to find their ideal role and matching them to the right employer.
