Sophie is the Operations Officer at 1st Recruitment Group. Prior to joining the company, Sophie worked in the banking industry before setting off to travel around Asia and Australia. After returning home to Jersey, Sophie was keen to get stuck into a new and exciting career and she is now a key member of the 1st Recruitment team, helping to keep everything organised behind the scenes and making sure things run smoothly for both the Recruitment Consultants and our clients!
