Our client, a leading offshore law firm, is seeking a talented Associate to join their dynamic team in Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financings, and regulatory issues. The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer (2–4 years’ PQE) with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and proven experience in non-contentious work. You’ll collaborate with leading professionals, contribute to client development, and play a key role in maintaining the firm’s high standards of service. Offshore experience is desirable but not essential.
