The role involves leading and developing audit teams, maintaining high technical standards and ensuring effective service delivery. You will work closely with senior management, manage WIP, billing and debtors, and contribute to business development activities. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong leadership, commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
