Building Surveyor

Our client is seeking a motivated Building Surveyor to join a well-established commercial surveying team operating across the Channel Islands. This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of building surveying services, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, project management and contract administration. This position will involve regular client interaction, site inspections and collaboration with wider UK and local teams. The successful candidate will be confident, commercially aware and capable of working autonomously while contributing to a supportive, high-performing team. MRICS qualification (or working towards) and relevant building surveying experience are highly desirable.
