Business Customer Operations Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Customer Operations Engineer to join a fast-paced and customer-focused technology environment in Jersey. Representing our client, we are seeking a motivated individual to provide frontline technical support to business customers, taking ownership of incidents and delivering effective first-time resolutions wherever possible.
