Our client is seeking a motivated Commercial Surveyor – General Practice Agent and Valuer to join a successful and expanding Channel Islands team. This full-time, permanent role will involve end-to-end responsibility for commercial lettings and sales, lease renewals, rent reviews and Red Book valuations across commercial and residential property. The position also offers exposure to development appraisals and asset management advice within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary office environment. The ideal candidate will be MRICS (preferred) with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience and strong technical, analytical and negotiation skills. You will work closely with agency, valuation, property management and residential teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven surveyor to progress their career.
