The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Board and senior management, ensuring effective governance, compliance, and regulatory oversight. Key responsibilities include coordinating and attending Board and Committee meetings, preparing accurate agendas and minutes, and managing regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both staff and operations management, preferably within the finance sector. The ability to work under pressure to a high standard and to build successful working relationships with directors, regulators, and stakeholders will be essential.
