Compliance Assistant Manager & CO

An excellent opportunity for a Compliance Assistant Manager & CO to join a vibrant Risk & Compliance team in Jersey. In this role, you'll act as the registered Compliance Officer and Deputy MLRO (DMLRO), support business-wide risk assessments, and lead on regulatory reporting and policy oversight. You'll also advise on client risk, participate in high-risk reviews, and play a key role in horizon scanning for regulatory changes. This role is ideal for an individual with significant experience in compliance, risk, or operational control within a regulated corporate or fund services business. Experience presenting at board level, along with an in-depth understanding of anti-financial crime and conduct/prudential regulations, is advantageous.
