Compliance Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager to take on a pivotal part-time role within a well-established financial services organisation. Acting as MLRO, MLCO and Nominated Officer, you will oversee compliance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and maintain robust monitoring programmes in line with regulatory standards. The position involves preparing reports for the Board, managing regulatory returns, and ensuring policies and procedures remain up to date. You will play a key role in fostering a strong culture of compliance across the business, while collaborating with colleagues locally and abroad. Candidates should bring solid AML/CFT knowledge, prior compliance experience (ideally in a trust environment), including experience holding positions of MLRO/MLCO.
