Our client is seeking an experienced Contractor for Company and Trust Closures to join their fiduciary services team on a 12-month contract, with potential for permanence. The successful candidate will manage the full closure process for companies and trusts, ensuring all legal, financial, and compliance obligations are met. You will liaise closely with clients, intermediaries, and advisors to oversee asset liquidation, tax clearances, and the preparation of termination documentation. Applicants should have at least five years’ experience in fiduciary or trust closure services, a strong understanding of relevant regulations, and excellent communication skills.
