Our client, a leading offshore law firm, is seeking a Counsel to join its International Trusts and Private Client practice in Guernsey, advising on complex, non-contentious trust and private wealth matters. This senior role will focus on supporting high net worth families, trust companies and family offices with structuring, governance, and succession planning across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to business development initiatives. The position offers exposure to high-value, sophisticated work, collaborating closely with dispute resolution and corporate teams. Candidates should have at least 8 years’ PQE, strong offshore or private client experience, and ideally hold a STEP qualification.
