A leading financial services organisation is seeking a Temporary Credit Card Support Specialist for a 12-month contract. The role involves supporting analysts by preparing credit card application packs, assisting clients with digital onboarding and mobile app queries, and responding to customer enquiries. You will also help resolve transaction issues, including disputed or potentially fraudulent activity, and assist with direct debit setup and account repayments. The position includes daily administrative support within the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, preferably in banking customer service, along with strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
