We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Customer Services Advisor to support our client in delivering vital front-line services to the community on a 12-month temporary basis. This role involves assisting customers with complex and sensitive enquiries, assessing benefit entitlements, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. You will provide clear, accurate advice across multiple communication channels while maintaining empathy and professionalism, even in challenging situations. Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential, as you’ll be required to carry out detailed calculations and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification e.g. advice and guidance (or equivalent experience), excellent IT skills, and the ability to manage sensitive cases with care.
