Deputy Director

We are supporting a client in the search for an experienced Deputy Director to play a pivotal role within their Risk and Operations, Change and Project Management function. This senior appointment will drive high-quality prudential, financial crime and conduct regulation, while supporting innovation and safeguarding international reputation. The role leads major change, technology and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring systems, people and processes align with strategic objectives. Working closely with executive leadership, the successful candidate will oversee complex IT and data-focused projects, resource planning and governance. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and risk-based supervisory expertise are essential, alongside the ability to deputise for the Director of Technology.
