Our client, a leading financial services organisation based in Guernsey, is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance. The role offers responsibility for financial control, reporting, audit liaison, and system development, including NetSuite migration projects. You will manage budgets, treasury, and credit control, while supporting the development of a high-performing Finance team. The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent) and demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in financial services and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software are essential.
