Our client is seeking a Finance Manager, Capex & Operating Costs to join their FP&A team in Guernsey. This role will lead capital investment planning, oversee key operating cost lines, and deliver high-quality financial insight to support business decision-making. You will partner closely with project managers, procurement, and senior stakeholders to drive value, cost optimisation, and strong financial governance. The ideal candidate will be a qualified (or near-qualified) accountant with strong commercial acumen, excellent systems skills, and the confidence to influence at senior level.
