Group Manager, Statutory Reporting

Our client is seeking a Group Manager, Statutory Reporting to join its Group Finance team and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include preparing group consolidations and statutory financial statements, ensuring IFRS compliance, and supporting the global audit process. You will work closely with internal finance teams, external auditors, and other stakeholders to enhance reporting efficiency and maintain a strong control environment. The role also offers involvement in technical accounting projects, new accounting standards implementation, and acquisition integration activities. The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or part qualified) with strong technical accounting expertise and excellent analytical and communication skills.
