Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Head of Accounts to lead a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants servicing real estate and private equity funds. The role encompasses full accountability for client portfolios, overseeing financial reporting, statutory accounts, NAVs, and cash flow forecasting. You will manage client relationships at senior levels, drive process improvements, and mentor a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years’ senior experience, strong technical accounting knowledge, and proven leadership skills.
