Our client is seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Manager to lead both operational and strategic HR initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to manage the full employee lifecycle, oversee payroll and benefits, and drive talent acquisition and development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Jersey employment law, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in HR generalist functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver effective HR solutions across a dynamic organisation.
