Interface Pharmacist, Band 8a

We are working with a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Interface Pharmacist to join their multidisciplinary team. This Band 8a role focuses on improving the use of medicines across care boundaries, including primary, secondary, and residential settings. You will champion deprescribing initiatives, support the development of electronic prescribing, and advise on cost-effective prescribing and waste reduction strategies. Ideal candidates will hold a master’s degree in pharmacy, a postgraduate clinical diploma, and be GPhC-registered, with at least three years' experience in both hospital and primary care pharmacy. This role offers a relocation package, competitive pay, and an annual bonus. Subsidised accommodation is available for those relocating alone, and an 8-year employment permit is offered to candidates moving with a partner and/or family members.
