Our client, a forward-thinking professional services firm, is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic technology team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across multiple global jurisdictions, providing high-quality support to users and maintaining excellent service standards. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for technical queries, manage incidents through to resolution, and assist with hardware, software, and conferencing support. Applicants should have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11, and a genuine enthusiasm for technology.
