Marketing Analyst

We are working with a growing organisation in the UK seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to support the delivery, optimisation, and measurement of online traffic and CRM-led marketing activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around two years’ experience using platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, who enjoys building automated customer journeys and translating data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CRM teams to enhance segmentation, customer lifecycle programmes, and campaign performance. You will take ownership of marketing data integrity, ensuring accuracy while delivering insightful reporting on key KPIs including engagement, conversion, and ROI. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while driving continuous improvement through testing and optimisation This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite, so applicants must be able to commute to the Liverpool based office.
