Midwife (Band 6)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, registered Midwife to join the maternity team in Guernsey. In this role, you will work as part of the team on a shift/rota basis, coordinating and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to families within the community caseload, while acting as an advocate for women and ensuring the highest standards of midwifery practice. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Midwife with a valid NMC registration, experienced across a full range of clinical settings, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role includes a relocation package, competitive pay, and an annual bonus. There is also subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the island alone and an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s).
