Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking an experienced Mobile RAN Network Engineer to join their operations team in Jersey. This hands-on role involves the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of mobile and microwave transmission networks, supporting coverage improvements and network performance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with modern mobile technologies up to 5G, RAN site design and build, and OFCOM licensing. Strong technical, organisational, and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with valid climbing and tower rescue certification. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a critical island-wide mobile network.
