Office Receptionist

Our client is seeking a proactive Office Receptionist to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their reception and client areas. In this front-facing role, you will deliver a warm and professional welcome to visitors while managing calls, emails and incoming post with efficiency and accuracy. You will oversee meeting rooms, maintain high presentation standards, and coordinate bookings, refreshments and suppliers as needed. The role also includes wider administrative duties, from travel arrangements to electronic filing, helping to keep the office running seamlessly. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organisational ability and confidence working under pressure.
