We are seeking an Officer to join a high-profile financial services company, supporting operations across the Channel Islands, the UK, and Mauritius. This role focuses on delivering strategic platform initiatives and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and the business. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving system issues, supporting testing and training activities, and identifying process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, at least five years’ experience in business or technical analysis and/or change management, and a proven track record of delivering successful solutions. Relevant qualifications and a willingness to travel are required.
