Part-time People Business Partner

A superb, part-time opportunity in the commercial sector for an experienced HR professional!  Our client is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to deliver an effective and efficient Human Resources service on a 25-30 hour week basis.  Key deliverables will include oversight of a stakeholder group, providing advice and administration support across the full range of HR activities, working collaboratively with managers and colleagues to promote best practice and to ensure fair and consistent application of policy, procedure and process across all businesses. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification or equivalent (ideally level 3 or above), at least 3+ years’ relevant HR experience, a strong track record of dealing with a wide variety of employment relations matters.
