We are working with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Recruitment Senior to support firm-wide recruitment delivery across the Channel Islands. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment, strengthen employer branding, and build strong relationships with agencies, schools, and universities. You will also provide HR generalist support, advising on policies, contracts, and People & Culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and proven recruitment experience.
