As a Senior Associate within a Dispute Resolution team, you will take a leading role in managing the full spectrum of proceedings, including those in courts and tribunals, as well as insolvency cases. Your responsibilities will encompass providing expert advice on disputes, potential conflicts, enforcement of rights and obligations, and the interpretation of legal documents and legislation. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience, a strong background in large commercial litigation and/or insolvency, and excellent interpersonal skills.
