An excellent opportunity for a Senior Compliance Manager to lead the compliance function of a Guernsey-based financial services firm. This senior role includes oversight of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and acting as MLRO and MLCO, ensuring the business meets all regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in Guernsey’s compliance or risk sector, with strong knowledge of the local legal and regulatory environment. A recognised compliance qualification is essential. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills.
