Our client, a leading international professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Corporate Governance Specialist to take the lead on governance matters across a diverse portfolio of regulated and unregulated entities. Acting as company secretary, you’ll manage board and committee meetings, maintain statutory records, and ensure compliance with governance standards across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll also drive governance projects, contribute to strategic frameworks, and provide expert advice to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Secretary (or working towards qualification) with strong multi-jurisdictional experience and exceptional organisational skills.
