Our client, a prominent organisation within the financial services sector, is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic technology team in Guernsey. In this key role, you’ll act as the main escalation point for technical issues, lead incident management, and mentor junior analysts. You’ll support a range of technologies while driving service improvement and ensuring high-quality IT support. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience in IT support, including 2 in a senior role, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and ITSM tools.
