Senior Staff Nurse (Band 6)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse (Band 6) to join a 17-bedded acute adult inpatient ward, delivering evidence-based care including CBT and motivational interviewing. You will coordinate shifts, support junior colleagues, and act as a role model while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, promoting recovery, and engaging service users and their families. Applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with substantial acute inpatient experience. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills are also essential.
