Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse (Band 6) to join the Rapid Response and Reablement Service within Adult Community Services. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality care for patients with complex needs, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team. This position also involves supporting the Team Leader with staff supervision and service development. Applicants must be Registered Nurses with community experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care in line with the organisation’s CARE values.
