The successful candidate will manage underwriting cases within agreed risk parameters, driving business growth and client retention. You will work closely with brokers to assess and negotiate opportunities, applying strong commercial judgement and communication skills. This role offers the chance to contribute to the team’s overall performance, mentor junior colleagues, and manage a varied underwriting portfolio. Applicants should possess broad underwriting experience, excellent interpersonal abilities, and ideally hold or be working towards CII qualifications.
