Our client, a leading provider of bespoke financial services, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support their growing technology team in Guernsey. This role involves providing first-line technical support, managing support tickets, and assisting with hardware and software rollouts. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and technology partners to ensure a smooth IT experience across the business. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or customer service setting, and be pursuing or willing to pursue a relevant qualification. A proactive attitude and passion for technology are essential.
