We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join a dynamic Children’s Safeguarding Team within a leading public service in the Channel Islands. The successful candidate will hold a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England, bringing at least one year of post-qualifying experience in child protection. This role involves managing a varied caseload, conducting assessments, and delivering evidence-based interventions to safeguard and support children and families. Applicants must demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with professionals across agencies.
