Staff Nurse (band 5)

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join a caring and professional team on a 20-bedded dementia ward, supporting individuals with higher nursing needs. This role involves delivering and evaluating personalised, evidence-based care while preserving dignity and involving families in decision-making. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, act as a mentor to junior staff, and contribute to service improvements. Applicants must be registered nurses with excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional development.
