Staff Nurse, Paediatrics (Band 5)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paediatrics Staff Nurse (Band 5) to join a dedicated team in Guernsey. The post holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to babies, sick children, and young people. Following a period of supervision or preceptorship, they will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with current paediatric and neonatal practices and organisational policies. The ideal candidate will hold an RN Child or RSCN qualification, possess knowledge of current issues in acute health services, and demonstrate a calm and professional demeanour. This role offers a full relocation package, including interview and relocation travel, competitive pay, and an annual bonus. Subsidised accommodation is available for those relocating alone, and an eight-year employment permit is offered to those relocating with a partner and/or family members.
