We are seeking talented legal professionals at Legal Counsel or trainee level, eager to develop a career in financial regulation. This is an excellent opportunity to provide legal advice in support of regulatory and supervisory activities, including enforcement matters. The role will involve contributing to policy development, advising on operational issues, and assisting with the drafting of rules, regulations, and legislation. You will also liaise with external advisors and industry bodies, and may be involved in litigation work. Opportunities exist for experienced candidates at Legal Counsel level as well as those seeking to begin their legal career through a trainee programme.
