What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
I love the people facing aspect to my role, making sure that the candidates and clients feel comfortable and satisfied before meeting with the consultants.
What is your favourite place in Jersey and why?
St Ouen's – A great place to relax and let loose with friends. Also, you can’t beat Greve De Lecq in the summer!

My name was Lauren for the first 2 days I was born!
