Justine joined the 1st Recruitment team in 2024. Prior to this, she worked within HR for over 13 years and she holds a Certificate in HR Practice. She lived and worked in the UK before moving to Abu Dhabi, eventually settling in Jersey in 2015. Justine enjoys the variety of work and the rewarding nature of the recruitment sector. With her positive and helpful demeanour, Justine works across accounts, payroll, invoicing and customer service to provide a smooth, professional and efficient recruitment onboarding process to candidates and clients alike.
