Lynda is the Managing Director, Founder and Owner of the 1st Recruitment Group. Originally from the UK with extensive experience within mergers and acquisitions and a proven track record of   turning underperforming companies into highly profitable organisations by utilising  strong leadership and people strategies. Lynda started 1st Recruitment in Jersey in 2002 and grew the business to Guernsey in 2005 and Australia by 2007 gaining global experience within Contingency, RPO, Executive Search and On-site Resource Management business models. She was driven by a desire to resolve local skill set shortages to meet the demands of economic growth utilising her global client and candidate connections. She is a good communicator enabling feedback across all levels of organisations to identify needs quickly to help upskill and promote internally or source talent externally to build highly performing teams whilst improving retention with Employer of Choice market intelligence. She was awarded Business Manager of the Year by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation UK for her leadership and entrepreneurial success and is a key partner and advisor to many FTSIE, Blue Chip, Public Sector, Consultancies, SME’s and start-ups.
