Within this role you will oversee the software licensing within the Wealth Management department. You will support policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitor relationships and evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.

You will also take full responsibility for the overall management, control and utilisation of licencing across the department to ensure optimal usage. This includes ongoing alignment and engagement with the major subscriptions, software suppliers and the Group Information Technology executives, as well as contributing to the development of strategies as required.
