This substantial role requires a commercially astute professional to take responsibility for day to day operational control of the Jersey Business unit and act as the key contact and local escalation point for customers, stakeholders, the Regulator (JCRA), the Jersey Government, employees, and suppliers.  Reporting to the Group CEO, the appointed candidate will ensure that clear action plans are created and delivered to achieve the key strategic, operational and financial KPI’s.

This role requires a candidate with a background in general/operational management, with extensive commercial, operational and analytical experience and a background in either B2C or B2B telecoms, including mobile.  Experience of working for international organisations with multiple stakeholders together with strong people management skills is also key.
